Regulatory Information Regarding the Sunglass Lenses in Loom Eyewear

Loom sunglasses are manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and Standard NF EN ISO 12312-1:2013/A1:2015.

The lenses in Loom sunglasses are Category 3, which provides high protection against glare from the sun in accordance with ISO 7000-2950.

These sunglasses are designed for general use:

Do not use for direct observation of the sun.
Do not use as protection against artificial light sources, such as tanning beds.
Do not use to protect the eye from mechanical impact.
Not suitable for driving at night or in low-light conditions.

After a day at the beach, rinse them with fresh water and then dry them with this cloth: salt water can corrode the hinges and damage the anti-reflective coating on your lenses.
Use the microfiber cloth that comes with the glasses to clean them: even though our lenses are treated to resist scratches, regular cloths can leave permanent marks.
When you're not wearing them, always keep your glasses in their case to prevent the lenses from getting scratched.
If they're very dirty, rub (yes, you read that right) each glass with a drop of dish soap, rinse them, and then dry them with this cloth.
