Techniques That Ensure Quality
Full-grain leather
This is the thickest part of the skin, where the density of collagen fibers is highest.
And if you're wondering whether it's ethical to use leather, we've tried to address this big question in this article.

The Minimalist Wallet
This card holder is made from sturdy, vegetable-tanned full-grain Italian leather that will develop a beautiful patina over time. It can hold about ten cards, and you can even slip some bills into it (since they don't accept credit cards at mountain huts).

How This Product Will Age
Comment on le sait ? On demande à nos clients et clientes leur avis sur le produit un an après l'achat. Et si le produit a moins d'un an, on vous donne nos prédictions grâce à certains retours spontanés et à notre expérience sur des produits similaires.
This cardholder isn’t going to wear out anytime soon. However, its vegetable-tanned leather will develop a patina: over the years, scuffs will appear and its color will change. This isn’t a sign of poor quality—quite the opposite: the passage of time will give your cardholder a unique character. If you’d like to minimize these signs of aging, you can follow the instructions we provide for our belts here.
Care Instructions
This leather has been vegetable-tanned—a plant-based treatment designed to allow it to develop a beautiful patina over time. The color will deepen, and the leather will develop creases: over time, your cardholder will take on a unique character. To refresh it, you can moisturize the leather with a leather conditioner and then apply a little shoe polish (yes, just like on shoes). Here’s to many years together!
