The reward for bad behaviour
Julia Faure and Guillaume Declair
Our publisher is Rue de l'échiquier, an independent house, and that's something precious at a time when the media and publishers are increasingly concentrated in the hands of a few.
But it's not printed in tiny letters.
Fresh off the press.
Why is doing the right thing bad for business?
This book was written by us (Julia and Guillaume, the co-founders of Loom).
When we started our company, we were convinced that to succeed you had to “do things right”. Yet we had to face the facts: it's the brands with the worst practices that end up winning. Unless we change the rules of the game, as En Mode Climat (a movement of companies we co-founded) is calling for. It's this “reward for bad behaviour” that we want to tell you about, by sharing our hands-on experience, our analysis of the situation and our solutions for getting the system back on track.
Available from us or at a bookshop near you.
All royalties go entirely to En Mode Climat.
