The questions that are nagging at you
How can I find out whether the item I want is available in store?
How can I find out whether the item I want is available in store?
The vast majority of our clothes available online are also available in store. If you'd like to make sure, go to the relevant product page, click on the size and colour you want and check whether you can see the green tag "Size also available in store".
Can I reserve an item of clothing in-store?
Can I reserve an item of clothing in-store?
We understand: before making the trip, you want to be sure that THE product you're planning to buy will still be available in the right size and the right colour. Normally, we have more than enough stock in the shop that there's no need to reserve an item. But if needed, you can have a product set aside by writing to us at hello@loom.fr.
Can I exchange my item in a store?
Can I exchange my item in a store?
No problem at all, as long as it hasn't been worn and still has its original tag.
In that case, if the item you received at home doesn't suit you, you have 30 days to drop by the shop, try things on, and exchange it or request a refund.
My garment has a problem, can I come and have it repaired in store?

No, sorry, we don't offer an alteration or repair service.
Why did you open a shop?
Why did you open a shop?
Great question. Why bother with a shop when our online store was already profitable? We answer that in this article.
Will you be opening a shop in my town soon?
Will you be opening a shop in my town soon?
That’s unlikely. We don’t really aspire to cover France with Loom shops — the country’s town centres already look rather alike as it is. Our long-term vision would be more about offering our Loom clothes through independent multi-brand retailers all over France.
If you don’t live in Paris, we know it’s not ideal for you. The good news is that we chose a very central location (in the Marais, a district of Paris) so it’s easy to come and see us if you’re passing through.
